Pregnant pop star Pink and husband Carey Hart have spent a whopping $11.5 million on a new family home in California ahead of their new arrival next year. The "So What" hitmaker announced last month she is due to give birth to her first baby in the spring 2011 and the couple has been on the hunt for a bigger property.

Pink and Hart bought their new sprawling estate in Malibu in October and RealEstalker.com reveals the new home boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a guest house, as well as a swimming pool and spa. The pair also has starry neighbours - Matthew McConaughey and his partner Camila Alves live nearby.

Pink and Carey Hart wed in 2006 and reunited in 2009 after a year-long split.

The director, writer and producer passed away at St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica, California on Wednesday night, December 15 after suffering complications from pneumonia. His wife and other family members were by his bedside, according to his longtime publicist, Gene Schwam.

Born William Blake Crump in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Edwards began his career as an actor and screenwriter, penning seven scripts for late actor/filmmaker Richard Quine. He landed his big break on Orson Welles' production of War of the Worlds and went on to create screenplays for detective series "Richard Diamond", "Private Detective" and "Peter Gunn". He later established himself as a director, working with Audrey Hepburn to bring Truman Capote's "Breakfast at Tiffany's" to the big screen in 1961, before taking on "Days of Wine and Roses" in 1962.

But he will perhaps be best remembered as the comic genius behind the "Pink Panther" series, teaming up with Peter Sellers for six of the hit movies in the franchise. His other comedy credits include "10", "Victor/Victoria" and "S.O.B.", all starring Andrews, his wife of 41 years. In 2004, he was presented with an Honorary Academy Award in recognition of his extensive body of film work.

Edwards is survived by Andrews, his two children Jennifer and Geoffrey from his first marriage to Patricia Walker, and two adopted kids from Vietnam, Amelia Leigh and Joanna Lynne. He was also stepfather to "The Sound of Music" icon's daughter Emma, from her previous union to Tony Walton.

Rapper Ja Rule will serve two years in prison after pleading guilty to a gun charge on Monday, December 13. But the rapper, real name Jeffrey Atkins, reached a deal with prosecutors over the charge and he appeared in a Manhattan court on Monday to enter the plea. As per the terms of the agreement, Ja Rule will remain free until he is officially sentenced to a two-year prison term in February 2011.

The hip-hop star is next due in court for an update on February 9. And Ja Rule is content with the outcome of Monday's hearing. Taking to his Twitter.com blog after his court appearance, he wrote, "Minor setback for a major comeback."

Rapper Jim Jones has been ordered to take part in a 10-week anger management class after pleading guilty to assault in the third degree. The hip-hop star, real name Joseph Jones, was accused of crashing his car into another vehicle in New York in January and then attacking the other driver by punching him and pushing him into the road.

Jones pleaded guilty to the charge at Manhattan Criminal Court on Tuesday, December 7 and was told he must attend classes to deal with his anger issues.

It is the latest in a string of legal woes for Jones - earlier this year, a battery charge was dropped against him relating to an incident with a teenage fan in Florida as a result of insufficient evidence. And in 2009, Jones pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge stemming from a brawl with members of Ne-Yo's entourage.

Singer/actress Christina Milian is baffled by reports she has been banned from talking about her divorce from R&B producer The-Dream, insisting rumors of a gagging order are "completely" false. I really want my daughter to have her father around and to have a friendship, to try and build somewhat of a friendship for my daughter, and to be able to speak to each other."

Mike Tyson has shown his softer side by staging a TV appeal for a young boy in need of a bone marrow transplant. One of the former boxer's close friends is father to an eight-year-old boy with aplastic anaemia, a potentially-fatal condition in which bone marrow fails to properly replenish blood cells.

The youngster is in desperate need of a transplant and Tyson used an appearance on "Larry King Live" on Thursday, December 2 to urge potential donors to come forward. He says, "He's like my nephew in a way. You know, me and his father, me and his uncle are very tight... They live in Jersey City... I knew his parents before he was born, and we flew pigeons ever since we were all little..."

"What he needs is a bone marrow transplant. Yes, he needs that because he has these horrific fevers that go over 105 every day. And there's no way he could stay home - (he has) to stay in the hospital. He's an awesome little kid..."

"I believe a month ago we had a rally, and we had like 600 people came out, because it's very rare in the African-American and Spanish community that we get any donors... He's a Puerto Rican child... We just hope that somebody's a match."

King then gave viewers a phone number to call if they want to help.

At the same occasion, Mike Tyson admitted he binged on booze "after every fight". Tyson became the youngest heavyweight champion in history when he won the World Boxing Council (WBC) title in 1986 at the age of just 20 and went on to become the most famous boxer on the planet by the late 1980s when he became undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.

But his career achievements were later overshadowed by his controversial personal life, including his allegedly abusive marriage to actress Robin Givens and his jail stint for rape in the 1990s. Tyson recently admitted to a raging drug habit, which he only kicked after the death of his daughter last year, and although he is adamant he never took illegal substances during his time as a professional boxer, he admits he was frequently drunk, even at the height of his career.

He tells TV talk show host Larry King, "I've always been addicted. I wasn't using drugs when I was boxing, when I started. But... I never considered alcohol is a drug, too. But I would get drunk after every fight. I said I'm off drugs 14 years but really I wasn't. So that wasn't really true. I was just lying to myself. Michael Jackson's father Joe has refiled a wrongful death lawsuit in California after a federal judge insisted the case needed to be heard in a state court. Joe Jackson launched legal action against the star's personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray in a federal court in August, accusing him of administering a fatal dose of anesthetic Propofol, which led to Michael's death in June 2009.

Jackson alleges he was being supported by the "Thriller" hitmaker at the time of his passing - a claim which gives him the necessary legal standing to pursue a wrongful death suit. U.S. District Judge John F. Walter ruled in November that some of the legal issues needed to be handled in a state court - and Jackson's lawyer refiled the documents at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, November 30, according to TMZ.com.

The lawsuit has also been amended to include Applied Pharmacy Services in Las Vegas, a company which allegedly sold Propofol to Murray. Joe Jackson is said to be seeking damages between $10 million and $500 million in the suit for emotional distress, loss of support and "loss of comfort, aid, society and companionship".

Dr. Murray, who has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the star's death, is set to go on trial in January 2011.
